Field merchandising positions
MCA has ongoing needs for part-time merchandisers across the country. Our assignments range from part of one day to weekly schedules for ongoing programs. You will be working in major retail locations including, mass merchandisers, dollar stores, convenience stores and, drug and grocery stores — the stores you would shop in regularly. MCA also has a growing department and specialty store area of business. As an MCA Retail Associate, you will have the opportunity to select your assignments according to your schedule and job task preferences. Some of our standard short-term assignments include reset of a section of merchandise according to a planogram, placement of point of purchase materials, cut-in and introduction of new items or audit of shelf conditions. On our ongoing dedicated programs, you may call on a territory of stores regularly to service a specific product line and have the opportunity to develop a service relationship with store contacts.
Field management positions
MCA Field Managers supervise the execution of our customer programs within a specific geography. Our management positions include supervision at the district and regional levels across multiple customer programs or specific field management of one dedicated program. MCA creates unique field structures for many of its programs and opportunities for managerial positions develop within those structures.
Headquarters-based positions
Positions related to the full scope of our business may be available at our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.
